7-Day Eligibility
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt. Items must remain unwashed, unstitched, and tagged.

Digital Verification
Send high-resolution photo/video proof of the article along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp concierge line.
Step 03
Replacement Dispatch
Once inspected at our central warehouse, your fresh replacement suit is dispatched within 2 business days.
Exchange Terms & Policy Guidelines
Custom stitched suits, articles purchased during Sale campaigns, and altered items are non-returnable unless delivered in damaged condition.
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item dispatched, Asma Minahil covers 100% of shipping fees. For voluntary color or suit swaps, client pays standard return courier charges.
We issue store credits or item replacement for returned goods. Direct bank refund applies only if the item ordered goes out of stock.
